Substitution
By placing an order, you are authorizing Flowershop.com to make substitutions
allowed by stringent guidelines. Flowershop.com will always attempt to fill the
order as closely as possible; however if the container, flowers, or other items
that comprise the order are unavailable then the order will be substituted with
content equal to the original value of the order.
If an order is filled and it is determined that inappropriate or unauthorized
substitution has occurred, the filling florist will replace the arrangement at
no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to substitute alternate color
on roses; that is, should you place an order for a particular rose color and it
becomes unavailable, we will substitute an alternate rose color without
notification. The placement of your rose order implicitly authorizes us to
change rose color as necessary, without contacting you.
Flowershop.com will gladly refund any purchases if the filling florist fails to
provide a resolution to any problem that occurs during the preparation and/or
delivery of the item.
Delivery
If any customer reports that an order is not delivered, we request 24 to 48 hours to contact
the filling florist to determine the arrangement's whereabouts. We reserve the right to attempt
a redelivery if (a) the recipient is not home during the time of delivery; or (b) no neighbor is
available to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
If it is determined that the filling florist did not make the delivery attempt, we will gladly
provide you with a refund. We always ask that the filling florist provide an apology
arrangement to the recipient if it is determined that the filling florist was at fault, regardless of
the circumstances.
Same Day Delivery
If your order is placed by 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone, same-day delivery is
generally available throughout the US and Canada. Funeral orders can be delivered same day
with a 4-hour lead time. Deliveries for morning services must be received the day prior by
2PM in the recipient's time zone.
Funeral Delivery
You can trust Flowershop.com to handle your funeral delivery with the upmost care. Please
help us make your experience flawless by following our funeral delivery policies:
• For afternoon delivery Monday-Saturday, orders must be received with a 4- hour lead time (i.e. a 2PM funeral delivery needs to be received by 10AM).
• For morning delivery Tuesday-Saturday, orders must be received the day prior by 2PM in the recipient's time zone.
• For Monday morning delivery, orders must be received before 11AM Saturday in the recipient's time zone.
• For services held on Sunday, most deliveries will take place on Saturday afternoon. Orders must be received by 10AM on Saturday in the recipient's time zone.
Time Deliveries
We would be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries namely AM, PM or by a
specific time in the afternoon, such as by 4:00 PM., if the order is placed 24 hours in advance.
Please make your request in the "special instructions" field in the shopping cart. We will make
every effort to meet your special delivery requests; however, in some cases, delivery may not
be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, in general,
we are unable to accommodate specific times during the two day period prior to and including
the major floral holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Sweetest Day, Thanksgiving
and Christmas.
Sunday and Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while
every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for
delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may have to be delivered the day before or the day after
the date requested.
Specific Requests
Same-day delivery is commonly requested of us, and in the majority of situations we can
satisfy this request if the order is placed by 12:00 noon PST.
If you have other specific delivery requests or a very specific delivery time request then please
contact us at 1-800-627-0046. Although phone service is available 24 hours a day, it is best to
inquire about unusual delivery requests by calling between 8 AM and 7 PM MST
Shipping
Most of our non-floral, specify gifts are shipped via a courier service, not
delivered by florists. These items are never available for the same -day
delivery, as they are shipped by a third party provider. If you order flowers
and a specify gift together, please be aware that the 2 items will
not arrive together.
If you select Ground shipping, please allow the estimated time of delivery
status. Second -Day and overnight delivery is available for some products.
Please note that, once placed, non-floral gift orders cannot be cancelled.
We cannot maintain responsibility for merchandise once collected by a frieght
carrier. Should your selection arrive damaged or otherwise defective, we
will glady provide you with the phone number of the frieght carrier, please
contact the shipping carrier and refer them to your tracking number.
Our speciality gift items are available only for shipment within the continental
United States; We regret that we cannot provide speciality gift item shipment
to Alaska, Hawali or Canada. Prices may vary according to the location.
Privacy Policy
This privacy statement has been created in order to demonstrate our firm
commitment to protecting customer privacy.

We do not knowingly solicit data from children, nor do we knowingly market to
children. We require that children under the age of 18 use this service only in
conjunction with their parents or guardians.

and to otherwise enhance your shopping experience.
When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not
