How will I know if my order has been submitted successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order at flowershop.com. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder in case the email was filtered by your Internet service provider. To ensure delivery of your order confirmation, please add customerservice@flowershop.com to your address book.

If you do not receive your email confirmation and it is not in your junk mail folder, please contact us immediately at 1-800-627-0046 to ensure that the order was submitted successfully.

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

We work with thousands of florists nationwide to ensure your order is fulfilled on time. Unfortunately, we are not automatically alerted once a florist has delivered your order. For an update on your order, please contact customer care at customercare@flowershop.com, or call us at 1-800-627-0046.

Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will be happy to make changes to your order. During floral holidays we require all changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Please submit all changes/cancellation requests to customercare@flowershop.com, or call us at 1-800-627-0046.

Can I customize my order?

The products on our website may be slightly modified by request, but cannot be guaranteed. For example, if the product you select has pink roses and you prefer red roses, you may add this modification in the "special instructions" field in checkout. The fulfilling florist will try to match your request as closely as possible, but custom requests cannot be guaranteed.

What payment types to you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged on the day of purchase.

Delivery

Do you provide same-day delivery?

Absolutely! Most of our floral gifts are fulfilled by a florist, so if your order is placed by noon in the recipient's time zone, your order will be delivered that very day (unless you specify otherwise). If you place the order after noon, the first available delivery date is the following day.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

No. Most flower shops are closed on Sundays, so we do not offer Sunday delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we are capable of fulfilling your order to Canada and abroad, however this service is available by PHONE only. Please call 1-800-627-0046 to place your international order.

What is your delivery charge?

We charge a service fee of $13.99 for all domestic orders being fulfilled by a florist. International orders have a $14.99 service fee. The service fee covers the charges for processing the order and the delivery of the item. Some items on our website are not delivered by a florist. Rather, they are shipped via a courier such as UPS or FedEx. In this case, we charge for the actual shipping cost of the product.

Yes, we are capable of fulfilling your order to Canada and abroad, however this service is available by PHONE only. Please call 1-800-627-0046 to place your international order*.

Is same day delivery available to countries outside the United States?

The order needs to be converted to the language and currency of the delivering florist, so we request at least a three-day lead time (not including weekends and holidays.)

Are the products seen on this website available in other countries?

Teleflora and FTD items are not available outside the United States. For pricing and individual availability of floral bouquets, plants or sympathy arrangements outside of the US, please contact our customer care department*.

*Please call between the hours of 8am until 6pm, Monday through Friday, 8am until 4pm Saturday and 9am until 4 pm Sunday. From mid-March through early November, we are on Pacific Standard time (7 hours behind GMT) and from November through February, we are on Mountain Standard Time (6 hours behind GMT).

Will my order look exactly like the picture?

The fulfilling florist will fill the order as closely as possible to the picture. However, during certain seasons, the florist might not have a specific flower pictured in the arrangement. If this is the case, the florist will substitute the flower with similar flowers.

What is a "service fee"?
